prom's over. it was all right I guess. nothing fancy. just the usual prom queen thing.i voted sher for prom queen cos I liked her glitter eyeshadow.. haha!and i cant remember who i voted for the rest but I voted yusra and louie for sth.. but cant remember what. I would have voted pam for miss sporty except I dont really find her that sporty now..

contrary to what sam said, I think the food was quite nice.typical chinese wedding food, without the sharks fin soup. but for some reason the waiter kept on trying to clear our food before we were done. there was like half a plate of the abalone mushroom and veggie dish left and he wanted to clear that!

i was prob. one of the few who didnt wear a gown. I were this sequinned pink top and a brown skirt. when i first saw the outfit on the mannequin at miss sixty, I didnt like it very much. but after walking around orchard for 2 days I finally got that outfit. I would have prefered to get those nice cocktail gowns that everyone was wearing but my mum was unwilling to spend money on sth tt I would only wear once or twice a year. oh wells... but my outfit as fine after all. the price is ridiculous but its my christmas outfit, CNY 2006 outfit and all the other 'nice occasions' outfit in one.


and my heels were killing me. the strap was cutting into my toes. half the time I just kicked them off under the table and the other half I was tottering around in them. I have finally realised that I wont ever see some friends again.. like pa fan who is gg back to thailand and apparently nvr coming back to Singapore.

I am prob the only foolish person who didnt put SAJC as one of my jc choices. hello, what was I thinking. but I guess its too late. so I'll just hope that I'll get into acjc

The first time I went into china black, I had a “culture shock” people were dancing around this circular podium and they seemed to be in a trance. And the air was all misty.. the music was kinda crappy at first.. all the 50 cent kinda songs.. not my type.. but it was gd later on. With beyonce’s crazy in love and baby boy. But I had lots of fun. This guy asked me whether I wanted to dance.. but I impulsively said no.. only to regret it later.. I completely forgot that he was probably from ACS I and thus probably quite gd looking.

at my mums office this lady actually sad i was petite. im not petite. im def not small size!. gahh.

received my leaving cert today. it hasnt yet struck me tt im leaving st. margs. oh well.

havent decided whether to do arts or science. neither have i decided on which jcs to put as my first choices.

went to town with alicia today to look at prom dresses. was more productive than the outing with sze min, for some reason. I almsot fainted at the prices in POIS.(paragon) this sequinned baby blue top cost $899.00. if you ask me, i think that is a ridiculous price. i mean escada sells shirts for $259.00 (which is already quite ridiculous) but this particular top cost 3 times the price when it probably uses 2 times less material.

the silliest thing happened to me today. i was trying to get my bro to put a twistie in my mouth..at my mums office, cos I didnt wanna use my hands..(didnt wanna dirty them) when i toppled off the chair and fell backwards on my bum. and my butt still hurts. I think I bruised some bone there.

going to china black tmr. LEGALLY. how cool is tt.

please adopt my dog, FLUFFY, for absolutely free. he's the cutest and nicest dog on earth. he doesnt care if u tug at his ear. and now with his fur shaved off, he looks like a little lamb. he's currently recuperating from a dislocated hipbone.at an animal farm in pasir ris as my family currently does not have the resources to look after him. he's good in the company of people or in the company of other dogs.

anyway, i made the phrase 'shop till u drop' a reality yesterday. went prom dress shopping with sze ( met liz on the way)

i was late by an hour!well at least sze got her book that looks boring but is actually quite interesting. the guy who served us at borders provides such GOOD service! and he's quite gd looking too.. HAHA

so i was walking around with my eyes half closed. and i cldnt take it any longer so sze graciously alowed me to stop by at starbucks for an overpriced caramel frappucino. yea sure it woke me up.. but think of it 5 bucks down the drain..i will never look at a starbucks / coffee bean drink the same way.whenever i see strabucks, i'll immediately think of geog, since miss kang often cites starbucks as an example of adding enormous value to product. i think miss kangs a cool teacher... she's so fashion savvy,

well after going to far east plaza, wisma atria, shaw centre, tangs, liat towers... I STILL HAVE NOT FOUND THE PERFECT PROM DRESS! some are nice but too simple, others are nice but way too flimsy and thin. yea u may say im fussy. but i'd rather wear sth nice and sth that i feel nice in or not go at all.

phuture london has some nice dresses, but i looked like an easter bunny in this velvet get-up. gosh.

i think i have lost too much weight. sze's mum says i look like a thirld world refugee. i beg to differ cos im not emaciated. and i dont have a bloated stomach. hungry ppl have bloated stomaches u know.and my cheeks arent hollow and sunken.

to all the sweeties who have nicely enquired abt my prom dress.. thanks for being so concerned lol/.

sze has just sms-ed me abt a particular place wif gd prom dresses. so nice of her!

theres school tmr. im looking fwd to seeing my friends.

anyway, theres a party at china black on the 24th. this thursday. sher says the more the merrier so if u wanna go tell her!i am contemplating whether i shld attend e party. it'll be nice to see how a club is like. but whats the pt if u dont have friends to enjoy it with.

o levels are finally over. i have abs so much to do!

1) buy my prom dress

3)tidy up my room. books and files and worksheets are strewn everywhere.
4)get some sleep
5)check out hotel room rates (like REALLYY! instea of being redirected to some stupid site and giving up)
6)changing my blog skin
7)doing sam's quirky quiz
8)buying esthers present
9)deciding on my prom dress
10) choosing my jc/poly
etc
11) visit fluffy who dislocated his hip bone (JAMES TAN cost a bomb! $600 bucks is much more than laura's pet hamsters bill) but of cos its more worth paying for a dog. i dnt even like hamsters

anyway the o's were ok. except my bio was bad. and my bio is supposed to be my best subject. aargh.
